About Lawn Enforcement

Richard McMullen opened his Lawn Enforcement business in 2008.

Richard McMullen began mowing lawns in grade school. He continued mowing lawns while attending Ellsworth High School. He became an Eagle Scout when he was 16.

Richard graduated from EHS in 2004 and began his own lawn care business that year while working at Hancock Homes. His client list grew and he was able to take his business full-time in 2006. He graduated from Eastern Maine Community College with a degree in carpentry that same year.

Richard is a member of the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce and he received the New Business of the Year Award in 2008. Richard lives in Lamoine where he has lived his whole life.
